This movie showed up on Netflix, and I don't really remember seeing much about it when it was released. I saw the description and honestly it looked interesting. I ended up watching the whole thing because it really is interesting. The plot and direction it went in really made it easy to enjoy it in it's entirety. It's on Netflix and I strongly recommend checking it out. Very pleased that I decided to watch it.

Lost in La Mancha

This is a documentary about one of Terry Gilliam's failed attempts to make Don Quixote, where the circumstances stack up against him and his film crew in the worst possible ways. It's a shame this didn't come through because I can't think of anyone better to do a film version of Quixote, the only other filmmaker that comes to mind is Alejandro Jodorowsky. I hope Gilliam takes up the project again, because I can see this being one of his best films.

Have you seen Jodorowsky's Dune yet?

I didn't even know about it. Is it the same Dune that Lynch adapted? I'll hunt it down.

I loved this film. Very low key but still adventurous. The music was pretty cool as well.
Spoiler for Don't click unless you wanna know who's underneath the head:
I had no idea it was Fassbender. Went into it blind as well. I have a new found respect for him as an actor.

Exactly. I'm planning to watch it again either tonight or tomorrow just because it's there.

Spoiler for movie spoiler:
I absolutely loved the entire bit where they were in the middle of the woods trying to record their album and over time you sort of got a feel for what the group was going through, especially Jon. And I agree on the Fassbender part, fantastic actor for the role. He fit perfectly.

It's a documentary about what would have been the greatest Sci fi film of all time and the complete madness of its director....by far one of my favorite films of last year

The last movie I saw was American Sniper. Great Movie from beginning to ending. Very good look in to the live of what American soldiers sacrifice for American Freedom. It made me realize that we are a selfish nation because we don't truly honor those who give their lives for our freedom more often. We only seem to pull together for and give recognition on Veterans Day out of 365 days and live our selfish lives 364 days. If the men and women stopped giving their live to defend our freedom we would be living just like the middle east in Chaos. Give honor and refuge to those who serve in Prayers on a daily basis because one day we may not be Free!!
