It was certainly good. Different. But good. How little dialogue there was throughout the movie set an eerie tone all throughout the movie, something I really liked about the film. I had plenty of moments where I sat there wondering what the hell was going on, as there were plenty of bizarre scenes.

Cabin In The Woods
So...was there something I missed? Honestly, I want some feedback on this because this movie seems to have gotten mixed reviews based on the entire film, and the opinions are polar opposites and i'm unsure as to why. When I watched this, it looked to me like it was just another cliche horror film based in the woods, but then I read that it was meant to be that way. I was watching it and paying attention but I seemed to have lost the whole point to the film. And no, I didn't finish it, it was too cringe worthy and I felt like there was nothing more to it than I've seen before. But at the same time, people have said that's the whole point. I've heard that you're supposed to expect it to be bad, but it turns around and gets good. Is it worth finishing? Am I just missing the point? Am I not smart enough to understand the point? I'm honestly asking because I want to like this movie. |

The ending really brings it all together. You probably turned it off right before the big reveals.
