Commando (US 1985) with Arnold Schwarzeneggar and various actors playing some ill-advised people who kidnap his screen daughter, so, needless to say, they are there to be killed one by one. It's silly, but in a good way. I think it was Arnie's first film after Terminator and is directed by Mark L. Lester.

Aussie cult actor Vernon Wells seems a bit gay in this film for some reason.

Super 8

I really liked it, it had some good characters and a pretty interesting story to it. It was a little longer than it had to be though.

It looks like Super 8 but yeah might as well type the title along with the poster just in case it doesn't show up

So... I saw The Lords of Salem last night... and I gotta tell you nothing to spectacular there... I dunno what possesed me to watch this nor do I want to know...
I could follow the plot line just fine, unlike House of 100,00 (which was all over the place in my opinon... and I thought after Devil's Rejects Rob Zombie might have come into his own as a director/ writer... yeah ssss..not so much...

After the film was over...it came to me what his inspiration for the film was... reliving his last weekend get away to Massachusetts..seriously...it was like he went to Mass with a boat load of drugs, a copy of the exorcist, the shining, black sunday and the velvet underground/ the velvet underground.... and wrote a script around that...

I was hoping for more... I feel like the kid on Christmas morning that didn't get anything they wanted...

Jagten AKA The Hunt (2012)

Past the first bits, I was glued to my seat. The whole situation seemed very realistic, which makes it all the more maddening. Mads was excellent as usual (as were the others).

Have the check that out for sure, Danny Boyle is always a must. Saw The Impossible last night. What a fantastic grueling movie. Very gripping and a very well filmed movie. Glad they didn't use CGI and cut down on the graphic history of what really happened. Excellent movie.
