the last film I saw was called Just Go With It, was a really funny comedy with Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler. Typical romantic comedy but still very funny. I also saw Avengers recently, was quite disappointed to be honest. Everyone said it was amazing so I had really high expectations, but thought it could have been better.

So what you're saying was that I should go rent Just Go With It instead of seeing the Avengers?

On it.

I saw The Avengers at the cinema. Very good. I don't go to the cinema often enough cause it was a great experience.

Good movie, more family drama than boxing movie, but quite convincing and engaging. I'm not a huge Mark Wahlberg fan, but he was okay in this. Christian Bale did yet another amazing transformation as an actor into Dicky, a bit of an ******* ex-boxer who got close to the stars and then ended up as a crack addict. I think he's a great actor, but it's interesting how he almost always play characters I don't really like that much. :p:

Recommended to all who like a good drama now and then.

Watched this a few days ago. It's basically a noir detective film set in present-day, where the throw back is with the dialogue and situationals, but taking place with school teens.
Stars Gordon-Levitt.

I personally found the movie just "OK". The novelty of the noir aspect wore off quickly, and the story just drug on. It was nicely complex, but there was no real catharsis for me when it was all said and done. It didn't feel all that rewarding by the end of it.
The acting was great, but it wasn't a pillar the movie could stand on by itself.

It was good for a one-time watch. Probably wouldn't watch again.

just awaiting "Prometheus", really

not really hyped about the new Batman (didn't like the previous two much)

or Spiderman (The Lizard is one of my least favourite villains, they should have gone with The Vulture, the Enforcers, The Chameleon or Mysterio)
