For a mainstream Hollywood film Jacobs Ladder delivers on many levels. Written by the same guy who gave us Ghost.

Here's what I watched on the 8 hour flight home:
The Other Boleyn girl (soap opera bull****) Citizen Kane (good) The Shawshank Redemption (seen it a billion times and I still enjoy it) 27 dresses (I fell asleep 20 minutes into it)

i've watched the incredible hulk, speedracer and the happening.
incredible hulk was good for the action where as the last one was good for the story. speedracer was exciting for a kid flick but with a PG rating can they give the finger? the happening was nothing special..there was a few moments that made me jump though...the typical silence, silence, BANG! bit but nothing special over all. |

The Happening looks really interesting from the trailers but i've only heard bad things about it I'll end up giving it a go anyway.
The rip-off storyline from Hollyoaks lately made me watch Fight Club again the other day. Everytime i watch it again i pick up on all these little bits and details i missed the first time, it never gets old. |
