Saw this yesterday and I must say, Polanski still knows how to make amazing movies. There's no violence, blood, anything of the sort - but the title is very fitting If you don't mind movies with no action and special effects, movies that only consist of people talking to each other/yelling at each other, see it. It's great.

^ I can't wait to see that, the trailer is excellent and so is the cast.

I wasn't all that creeped out by the Batman; he seemed more sad and mouthy in a way which led me to believe strongly he was all talk. For example, he claimed to have been like, a hired assassin kinda deal, then it later showed him looking completely pathetic in a karate class.

The extremely delusional superman, however...

Wonder Woman was just kind of pathetic in a way that didn't really make me sympathize with her at all, and The Incredible Hulk actually seemed to be the kindest and most sane, although he was the only one who spent time in LA actually being homeless, I believe.

Still, kind of depressing. Aside from Wonder Woman, I kind of felt bad for the lot of them.

And, although pictured, Spider Man isn't really important in the movie at all. The main four are Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and The Incredible Hulk.
Alright .. So, what's the basic concept?

If you go to Hollywood and visit Mann's Chinese Theatre (the famous place with all the celebrity handprints in the sidewalk) you'll see dozen of people hanging around wearing a random selection of costumes. These people are not affiliated with the theatre in any way, they're just random people who make money by charging tourists to have their picture taken with them. This movie is a documentary about the (fairly sad) lives of four of them.

Sounds like a train wreck. I'm sold.

It is. I went into it expecting to laugh but I mostly just found it depressing, especially the Hulk guy parts.

I saw Hobo With a Shotgun. Wow, that was nuts. I think they had more blood spilled than the Saw movies! I haven't watched something so ... wild... in a long while and had to watch some comedy tv before I went to bed so I didn't go to bed thinking about exploding heads.

8.5/10

i went into this with extremely high expectations.....i mean look at the cast and director....this was non stop laughs.....only 78 minutes long and film entirely in an apartment with only four cast members and very few props and of course as Yak said no effects needed.....the script and actors really hit the mark with this one.....tears flowed uncontrollably down my cheek......Kate Winslet hit this one out of the park and outshine the entire cast in a very good way
