"The Rocker"
stars dwight from the office was funny. Also watched Changing lanes, which i really though i'd enjoy, but the film got progressively more ludicrous and implausible as it went on, making it hard for me to like either character. |

That was recently recommended by an Irishman who said it was one of the most accurate depictions of life in Ireland on film...or some such thing...

Everyone getting mashed on magic mushrooms and the land inhabited by backward countryfolk? hmmm. I think I will skip a trip over there then!

Not quite the full deal but infinitely more entertaining than Deathproof. Still lacked the nostalgic factor though.

Another film sitting on my shelves, so I took the chance yesterday. Absolutely stunning film and one of Scott's best films. Loved it.

The Happening
absolutely unbearable. There is more depth and characterization in Harold and Kumar then this. In fact, Harold and Kumar is scarier. Boston Globe said it best: "you don't feel like your watching the end of the world, but rather the end of a career" WTF shyamalan?!?! |

Love in the Time of Cholera
2/5 It was pretty mediocre. It was horribly underdeveloped, and really just plain silly, but not really in a good way. Javier Bardem made it somewhat bearable though. |
