I finally got around to seeing this weekend and I loved it.

Well the first half anyways, I was laughing hysterically at the events taking place.

The second half of it was pretty dull and sent the movie downhill imo.

The ending was perfect and I called it happening that way. If it didn't then I would have been shocked/surprised.

A very good film and gives you a very accurate and detailed glimpse of the war in Iraq. Although the film was engaging throughout and very well shot I thought the storyline could have been a bit better. I was a bit disappointed by the ending, the film didn't seem to build up to any conclusion as such it just seemed to end prematurely. I'll probably enjoy it more if I watched it again though.

I'm just curious as to what the hell Hollywood is going to do when they run out of comic book movies...

Reboot them a few years later.

Crimes and Misdemeanors, by Woody Allen.

Definitely Woody Allen's most serious work, and his most philosophical. He's always alluded to Jewish identity but it's at its most prominent here. Quite a bleak film, but very thought provoking.

your hurt locker image didn't show up but I've been meaning to check it out.

I really like the director and I hear that she did an awesome job with that film.

Comic books are continually being made so they won't run out any time soon.

They can rely on comic books and graphics novels forever.

I'm not going to go off and list the ones that I thought were good because you obviously don't like comic book movies or the graphic novels ones that have come out.

Sure there have been some crap ones but there are more than just two good ones.
