Interesting and rather short film about (closeted) gays in the Israeli army. 6/10

I thought it was a little too unbelievable to be a true story, but apparently it is. Interesting watch. 7/10

A well rounded if a little slow melodrama about a family reunion and all the usual family shit it dredges up. I'm pretty sure he'll never make a film as interesting as Nobody knows again though. 6.5/10

Ahhh...I just saw it! Oh...my...gawd. It was so much better than I thought it would be. I'm going to go see it again before it leaves the theatre. I loved that they used sound effects from the original series in the film to make it feel more authentic, and the cast...holy **** they could not have picked a better group of people to play the original characters. Especially Karl Urban...his portrayal of McCoy was spot on. And they brought Leonard Nimoy back...woot!

So yeah...I liked it a little.

Although I normally hate movies where unrealistic character-types like what Ethan Hawke plays here are in starring roles, this wasn't too bad at all.
