Super Smash Bros series is actually very easy to learn, its just tough to master.

The controls in the Smash Bros games are a lot more simplistic than most fighting game controls, which often involve complex button sequences. Combos in Smash Bros are easy as pie.

Conker would be awesome. But he dosen't have a chance in hell for 2 reasons.

1. He belongs to Rare, who are now owned by Microsoft.
2. His presence alone would give the game a M rating.

Yeah, he's from the game Mother 3 (Ness was from Mother 2, aka Earthbound), Mother 3 is only available in Japan.

I kinda figured they would put Lucas in Brawl instead of Ness, Lucas was supposed to be in Melee but they kept Ness in instead because Mother 3 ended up being delayed for a couple of years until finally being released.

His movelist looks like it will be exactly the same as Ness's, and he looks like Ness, so its not that big of a deal.

Yeah but he appears to have the same powers as Ness, he uses the Absorb Shield, which was Ness's B + Down move.

we don't know yet, but ness is a pretty central character in the franchise now, i doubt they would have a supporting character in the franchise(earthbound) and not the main one

Ness is not the main character in the franchise, how could he be? He only appeared in one of the 3 games.

In fact, most RPG series don't have "main" characters, since RPG sequels rarely keep the same characters.
