I just started reading the manga from the start.
So far it's great, still prefer anime over manga, one reason being because reading from right to left is just freaking annoying. |

Really? Hahaha, I've gotten SO INCREDIBLY used to it.
I've started backwards by accident in normal novels. >.> For some reason, I feel like the anime is extremely repetitive at the beginning. I couldn't get into it. |

I don't get that, from what I'm reading in the manga, everything has been translated directly into the anime, save for some of the more adult content. Unless that's what you meant.
I love the first season, though the show certainly reached it's height with the SS arc. The first season provided the backstory, fleshed out the main characters and so on. Ichigo had to start somewhere, killing small fry Hollows before he could take on the Soul Reapers. |

ug...
i think bleach had a really really strong start and continued that way until the end of the SS arc, but then after that it just kinda fell apart slowly and now i have trouble reading it. |

Whatever, this argument is going around in circles, to each his own.
I personally think the Vizard and Espada are a great addition to the story, and it's getting progressively more interesting as it goes along. |
