Most anime is geared towards kids, at least from what i noticed.
But that doesn't make me dislike it anymore. It's actually the anime targeted to adults i dislike. It seems to take itself way to seriously, and uses cliche references to drugs and sex just to make it seem more mature. |

I love most of the adult oriented anime. Like Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Samurai Champloo, FLCL and anything by Satoshi Kon and Yoshiaki Kawajiri.
I still like stuff like DBZ for nostalgia purposes, but I dislike most fighting shonen, except Bleach, which is one of my favorite anime shows.
