Typical shonen romance manga setup, but the characters are pretty memorable. I just got to the last two chapters, and ****, why? There's always some maniac with a truck.

The anime doesn't cover the entire manga (which still has at least another 4 chapters to go). I haven't seen the anime, but the manga borders on erotic at times. The author is a woman by the way.

As far as I remember it's about step sibling love, right? That **** isn't about "bordering" on the erotic. Japanese anime fully embraces the Pornhub lifestyle as PG-13.

Domestic Girlfriend is pretty good as far as angsty seinen goes. Reminds me a lot of Sing Yesterday To Me in some ways.

Didn't know that they put all of the Evangelion stuff on Netflix. I'm going through it again and felt the need to take notes on all of the symbols and things that could have cryptic connections to research. There's a ton of stuff that I missed the first time I watched it so it's been pretty rewarding so far.

In case you're interested there was a proposal drawn up before Eva was made that outlined all the basics of the show but also contained a bunch of lore that never made it into the show I guess because it would have been sci fi gobbledygook that wouldn't have made the show any better. Only some of it is translated to English and you're gonna have to go through it yourself to figure out what's what.

It's been a hot minute since I watched Hellsing Ultimate but back in the day it was a religion to me to get high as **** and watch it. Got the Blu Ray of the entire series and last night I watched the first two episodes and for the first I found myself disappointed. Then I watched the second and remembered that I almost never watched the first episode anyway cause it was like violence porn foreplay for everything that I loved about the series but episode 2 was like hanging out with an old friend with the sickest sense of humor. Now I'm hot into episode three and dear god is Hellsing Ultimate still one of my favorite things ever.
