Amuro - I'm a fifteen year old civilian. I'm on the verge of a mental breakdown from constant forced combat and extreme fatigue. Can I maybe not be forced to go out and murder people today?

Bright - Sure, totally. IF YOU'RE A LITTLE BITCH WHO'S NOT REALLY A MAAAAN

Fraw Bow - OHHHHHHH

The real question is... sub or dub?

*shrug* I'm just watching it subbed. Didn't feel like playing dub roulette.

Good. The dub is as quality as you'd expect from an early translated anime.

Does Pokemon qualify as Anime/Manga? My son loves Pokemon, and I'm trying to learn more about them so that we can enjoy it together.

Yeah, Pokemon counts. I was pretty obsessed with Pokemon as a kid, so it holds a lot of nostalgia for me. Loved the show and the card game, and still have some VHS tapes and cards. The earliest seasons of the show are fun, and so can the card game for a lite-strategy TCG.

Never played the video games though, as I didn't have a Gameboy or DS.

My son collects the cards. Not sure if he's ever seen the cartoons, and I'm almost certain that he's never played any of the video games.

Well the card game is incredibly easy to learn, so if he has enough cards for a couple decks that's something you could do.

He's tried to teach me. What I'm worried about is that after buying him all of these cards, when he plays against other kids, when he loses, do they keep his cards?
