I'm not a manga/anime fan, my brother played the first episode for me and I was riveted. It was excellent horror. The underlying theme isn't just outsized humanoids threatening the human race.

I'm hearing now that the second season isn't likely until next year.

I'm not an anime fan either, but I do like Hayao Miyazaki and some of Makoto Shinkai works. The last one I've seen was The Garden of Words, really good one.

I wasn't even aware of it, but I'm interested now. As for Makoto Shinkai, I loved Voices of a Distant Star.

Love that show. It falls victim to many of the worst anime cliches, but it's far too charming to make me care. And even if the serious moments can be unintentionally goofy sometimes, I still love it. And Balalaika can get it.

Live-Action ATTACK ON TITAN Movie Coming in 2015!

durarara's air date for season two is set for january. i need to finish up the first, but it seems alright

Is it a cinch? I've heard rumors of just about every popular anime being made into a live action movie as long as I've been watching it. 99% of the time it never happens.
