Some of the recent episodes were filler. Though its still good filler compared to most Anime filler.

For example if you miss just one episode of FMA you're pretty much screwed as far as knowing what the hell is going on is concerned.

I like Full Metal Alchemist, Trinity Blood and Samurai 7, but I rarely have time to watch them considering the only channel I get that plays anime is Cartoon Network, and then they only come on at night. I'm also not going to pay $20 for like 4 episodes. So yeah, I either watch some that friends have or I just download.

I really fucking hate it when they just have a bullshit episode, like the one about Momo's past, even though it had Toshiro in it. Or the one about the Uruhara shop with Jinta and Ururu, and they have to fight hollows. Those are ****ing gayz. They do nothing to progress the story. |

Actually the one on Momo was an important part of the story. It explained her relationships with Aizen and Toshiro, which of course played a big part in the Soul Society arc.
And like I said, fillers can still be good. I liked the one about Ikkaku teaching Kendo. |
