I should've elaborated more. I read Cat's Cradle and Slaughterhouse-Five before I read that, loved them, and thought they were very, very easy to get through. This one has a different style, more descriptive. Now, I'm not necessarily opposed to that, but this book felt very dry and mechanical, kind of a chore to get through. I thought the story itself was pretty cool, and I might try and pick it up again sometime. But to me, this book is miles below the other two I read. I didn't care about the characters at all.
