Yeah, read Pnin by Nabokov in the meanwhile. It was extremely boring and utterly pointless. So very disappointed and discouraged to read more of his stuff...if anyone has any experience to the contrary (save for Lolita, which I love, and Pale fire, which I respect), do share...
