Who does something, while something is done to whom is a fairly easy way to remember in most cases.

I like these kind of self-help books and find them quite entertaining. Even if you don't plan to start a business, I think this kind of book is more about giving yourself a cut-the-crap type of focus that can help you succeed in life, your present job, etc.. I like Jon Taffer's writing style and honestly prefer to deal with people who have this kind of additude in the workplace. I also like "Bar Rescue" so I wanted to read his book.
