Got about half way through this and then just stopped reading:
![]() I really liked the self-deprecating humor in the first few chapters, but as the book goes on it gets more and more into his personal philosophy/theology and there are more and more theological/philosophical references. It becomes a rather difficult and tedious read. I found myself turning to google more and more as the chapters went on. Maybe I'll pick it up again someday. I was hoping for more of a storyline, honestly. I recently started rereading this: Probably my favorite book by him. Even better on a second read. If they had us read this type of stuff in high school I would've taken up reading sooner. |
