Have you guys read the book he did with Kerouac yet, And the Hippos Were Boiled in Their Tanks?

I've only read Naked Lunch twice, I was confused as hell the first time but the second time I just sort of went with it and enjoyed it much more.

Anyway, I'm reading Peter Singer's How Are We to Live?

Black Sparrow Press was the small publication that first published my favorite author/poet, Charles Bukowski. So in this pamphlet beholds,

If You Let Them Kill You, They Will - Charles Bukowski, original publishing, 1989, Black Sparrow Press.

My bf literally stole my twilight series books (after I made him watch the movie). Over Thanksgiving break he and his friends were blowing things up, and they decided the proper things to do with my books was to spray axe all over them then toss them in the bonfire.

Here's a cartoon that kinda summerizes the plot. (I still like the books thought, not going to lie, it kinda sucks you in, and it's a quick read too)

I'm reading Lincoln: A Life of Purpose and Power.

and when I'm on the bus, Sin in the Second City. I have some weird fascination with Chicago.

The supreme court of Connecticut's decision on same sex marriage. A fascinating read.
