I feel like that book is a devotion to all lost childhoods. Especially his dedication page.
Adding in how young the author was when he died, it might be the toughest book I have ever tried to read through when its background is known beforehand. |

The Langoliers is why no matter where I get the inspiration for a story I know it still has the chance to be interesting and worth reading for people. It is probably the only motivational King book I can think of.

Reading the Hunger Games long after it is relevant. It's a fun, fluffy book that portrays some fascinating world building in a highly-accessible youth-friendly package.
