The Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula K. Le Guin I'm almost done with this one. It's a pretty good story and it's interesting to read 60s science fiction with such a gender-studies bent, but I have to admit I get fairly bored reading about fictional political intrigue in a sci-fi setting. I had the same issue when I read Dune. It gets just a little too involved in that end of things for my tastes. Still, it's a worthwhile book. |
