Read this in Europe. Fantastic book, though I pretty much like all of King's books

I went down to the bookstore today and picked this up. Seeing that it was about 700 pages, and I'm now finishing a book of equal length I almost didn't buy it, but apparently its a "Sam Pick" as well. She was nice enough to tell me why she loved it. I'll let you know what comes of it.

I also picked up F. U. Penguin. What I've read so far is high-larious

Not bad at all. I'd definitely recommend it to any fans of suspense/thrillers.

A Middle East Mosaic by Bernard Lewis. It's a compilation of extracts of writing from both western and eastern civilizations about the middle east and islamic culture from biblical references all the way to modern day diplomats and everything in between. It's really interesting.
