It's great. The style is very austere but it suits the post-apocalyptic setting and you get used to it fast. Definitely recommended. (I'm talking about Cormac McCarthy's The road for those interested)

And SO much better than Slaughterhouse Five (IMO) which tends to be the book of his that most people start with/have only read.

I am currently reading 'Island of the Sequined Love Nun' by Christopher Moore. It is a story about Tucker Case, a dude who just got sent to Micronesia to fly a lear jet for a Missionary. Turns out, there are Cannnibal Shark People, thalking fruit bats named Roberto, and trannys that also inhabit microneseia....

I reccomend anything by this Author. he rocks!
