I used to watch the cartoon everyday, I had a Pikachu toy and I think my favourite Pokemon was Jigglypuff!!

Well I am part of the Pokemon generation harking back to a time when pokemon cards were rife, all the girls had Pikachu pics on their folders and all the guys were trying to get their hands on emulators to play the games if they didn't already have Gameboys.
Personally, I collected the cards, I didn't really like the show much and I still maintain that the games are good.

Thats great^
I was just a small time hustler. A friend gave me all of his double cards to start playing and I brought them to school, and this kid that played the game at Toys R Us decided he wanted to purchase some of the cards. I quickly added it to my sales enterprise of air heads, war heads, pixi sticks and blow pops. Instead of a quarter for candy, I was banking between 10-20 for the holographic cards, then would go buy a pack for like 3-4 bucks and sell the holographics again. Great industry in middle school for the snack bar at lunch. |

What with the recession and all, maybe we should make an alternative currency out of Pokemon cards.
I still have my old collection somewhere. |
