Like that scene in Pan's Labryinth when the doc is like "dude, i'm not gonna obey you". Then he like walks away and gets capped.

The ending of The Usual Suspects when you find out who Keyser Soze really is.
Most of Chris Tucker's scenes in the original Friday.
All of the scenes in Team America World Police.
Oh and I can't leave out the scene in The Shawshank Redemption where the warden throws the rock through the poster and realizes that Andy escaped through a hole that he dug in the wall.
