Best Comedy: Anchorman. Brick is one of the best comedic character sin cinematic history. People keep saying Didgeball is better, because they were both released around the same period of time, but I think Anchorman is in a totally different league. I LOVE LAMP!
Best Horror: Dawn of the Dead (New version) It's just really suspenseful and keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout the entire film. Especially the part with that black dude's girlfriend giving birth, and the shooting of the zombie baby...creepy... Best action: Star Wars: Episode 3 Revenge of the Sith. Just a class act. I'm a Star wars fan, but I'm sure I'd love this even if I wasn't. The Obi-Wan/Anakin fight rawks! Best Thriller: War of the Worlds (New) This has to be my favourite film of all time. People say it is disappointing, but they know nothing. When I came out of the cinema after watching this I couldn't shut up about it for about a month. Honestly if you haven't seen it then you better. I'm sure you'll love it as much as me. Best Drama: Green Mile. I don't know why I liked this so much, it isn't really my type of film. The first time I watched it I was pretty young, and as I've watched it now it's lost some of the impact. But I still can't forget when that guy doesn't get the wet sponge and he melts in front of everyone. I had nightmares for a week. Best family film: The Nightmare Before Christmas. When I was younger this film meant christmas. I would go round to my cousins and watch it (They had it on video tape) and I would sing along to all of those classic songs. I watched it just before Christmas last year. I had forgot all of the words but I was still hypnotised, even though the clay models look a bit dated compared to todays standards. Best musical: South Park The Movie. Kyle's mom is a big fat bitch she's the biggest bitch in the whole wide world! So many catchphrases whicj really shouldn't have made it to the playground. My whole school was singing Blame Canada! Worst Film: Shark Tale. Actually sent me to sleep. Worst film 2: The league of Gentlemen's Apocolypse. So unfunny. It's as if the writers didn't want it to be funny. It's so strange to see a cast of these oddball characters suddenly turn all serious and soppy. |

I won't speak for Shooting Star, he seems to have spoken for himself already, but I sure liked it. |

Though what I did learn was that everything that went into making this movie was relevant. It was a directing masterpiece. Did you see the directors cut or the hollywood version? where I think Deckard and that girl live happily together or something. In the Directors cut Scott leaves the door wide open for us to decide if Deckard is a replicant or not.
