"I'm With You" was the third single from Punk Princess Avril Lavigne's 2002 debut album, "Let Go." It reached #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 that year.

Lavigne said she sat down at her piano and wrote this bleak song on a day when she was feeling down and depressed. As she described it in an interview with MTV.com: "Kind of like, where's my guy? One of those days."
