This is going to get me impaled by the very group im complaining about, but I feel this place is becoming the ****ing mall in the respect that its becoming overrun with pint-size fad-whores.

I never had a problem with it until it became a "lets try to e-hit on every chick who posts her photo in the pic thread." And am I the only one who thinks the good debate threads are all rehashed and ressurected from last year?

Maybe we should start advertising this site on middle-aged sites. My opinion on the state of MB. Respond if you'd like, or ignore it and try to kiss someone elses ass in a diffrent time zone.

Its a forum and the majority people are below 18 did you really expect it to be all mature?

I don't think themajority of active members are sub 18. You can't exactly count the 40 accounts some of our less intelligent members once had.

Go for it, advertise on older sites, the more the merrier.

If it gets you all to stop complaining about how immature everyone is, then whats the harm?

Most of the people -including me- that are a member to MB came for the music part. Its ashame that people are using it for other reasons. But frankly I find it annoying to point it out.

Just my opinion.

i agree with you big3, although to be honest ive given up on constructive, worthwhile discussion. this place has nose-dived and even the indie/alternative forum- which was so cool- has gone into a slump.
though as we should have learnt by now, complaining about it doesnt make one iota of a difference..unfortunately.

But at the same time we shouldn't ignore it, we should ignore them. Those who create inane posts should be shunned completly. Join the movement.

Well I used to think this place was another portal to discovering new music, sounds I otherwise would have never found out about. Boris sent me a jazz track the toher day thats incredible, so to a certain extent, it was true, but if they members who are obsessed with the auxillery aren't offering anything, and the members that are, are so limp that they will tolerate it and refuse to take a stand, I guess MB should lose the M and just be Banter. I used to like this place.
