I'd say doing smaller tasks in general. Things take time, so if you need to break them down into smaller goals that's okay and will still achieve the same result.

I feel like I would tell my younger self:

"Don't be so hard on yourself. Your path in life doesn't have to match up or be on the same level as other people your age/inner circle."

"You don't have to be the richest man on the graveyard"

Agree! I forgot this point. I’ve had a discussion with quite a few people now, trying to convince them that seeking therapy is much more important than what people tend to accept. Either they believe that therapy is a waste of time and money, or they feel that seeking this would make them a total loser. The truth is, it’s quite the opposite. More people should try talking to a psychiatrist cause only good things can come from it. If you feel like a failure for needing therapy, then remember that there are sooooo many people with various issues. Everyone probably has several neighbours, friends and colleagues who struggle with something in everyday life. That’s because excisting is tough. Most people need to work hard to stay happy and sane, but sadly this isn’t something we tend to talk about as much as we should.

I feel like the best advice for people who are depressed is to reach out to others who are depressed in a way that's most comfortable to you. Someone else who is depressed is best suited to understanding you because they will understand what you're going through and what you might need on a day to day basis more than anyone else.

Focus on your health early on. Embrace a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and consider incorporating essential vitamins into your routine. Speaking of which, I've discovered a reliable source for health products at partner healthcare pharmacy. Taking care of your health isn't just a task for the future, it's an investment in the quality of your present life. When you feel good physically, it positively impacts every aspect of your daily experiences.

Something that nobody teaches you growing up is the fact that life is a show. It's one big production and you have to play multiple different roles all of the time. Worse, you have to be a chameleon. You have to know what to say to who and when to say it and how to respond to who and when to respond to it or not.

It is a lot of pressure to juggle all of these things and get them absolutely right every single time. Which leads to people questioning every aspect of their lives and constantly being anxious as hell trying to please everyone around them.

I don't really drink water, but a lot of people are saying that it's life changing, so maybe try that if you're feeling sluggish.

Do sports guys, start doing it at an early age. If you start doing it at 14, then at 18 you will look like a Greek God. Here is such a cool guide https://betterme.world/articles/28-d...out-challenge/ for all newbies which helped me a lot in my sport era. If u follow all that rules and tips from there u will definitely get all the chicks u like at ur school or wherever.
