Jada Pinkett Smith hopes Will Smith and Chris Rock will ‘reconcile’ after Oscars slap

Am I wrong in saying that this woman has in no way, shape or form condemned her husband's act of violence?

The Batlord 06-02-2022 06:28 AM

Who cares? If it wasn't on tv it wouldn't be in any way notable but pop culture has to magnify every dumb thing to mine for content.

adidasss 06-02-2022 09:00 AM

But it was on tv. And played and replayed to billions of people. And it happened in a very public space in front of hundreds of people in a very formal setting where no violence was ever expected so even if it wasn't on tv it would have been reported. They are public people of whom a certain type of decorum is expected. Also they can influence others. Etc. So, plenty of things about it were notable. And that bitch ain't acknowledging it was all about her. And it was wrong. Which means she tacitly condones her husband's actions.

Exo 06-02-2022 09:06 AM

Jada just wants to be relevant again now that the Depp/Heard bullsh*t is over.

You gonna start claiming Columbine happened cause of video games too, you pearl clutcher? I find the "decorum" of live television to be phony and insipid and in desperate need of a slap to the face anyway.

Adidasss probably would've found this if he wasn't foaming at the mouth for any opportunity to disparage black people
