You can get an ap on android called cinema hd which would stream almost anything you want to watch for free. You can cast that **** to your tv too. My phone cost 50 bucks and it does all that... Plus I could easily torrent **** if I wanted but can't be bothered. Dunno why it has to be a laptop but I'm sure you can find one for 300 that can do that ****. You could spend a bit more and build/but a decent pc for 3-4 hundred and then get a decent tv for like 200 to hook it up to.
