Yeah. The day we all looked forward to the most, when I was in school, was the last day of school before summer vacation started. And the day we loathed the most was the first day of school after summer vacation was over.

Never mind that. The day we all looked forward to was Friday, last day of the school week, and then Monday came around way too fast. As Geldof sang, I don't (didn't) like Mondays. Wednesdays were worst though. That was when at 2:30 we would have "games" (sports, ie football ie soccer) at which I was terrible and in which, at the time, I used have no interest. I used to pray for rain so the pitch would be soggy and we couldn't play. **** school. I did enjoy English, History and Geography though. And a bit of science.
