Tested negative again today. Still the possibility that I am a late bloomer and I'm still incubating but this is a good sign that I either had it already or am just a f*cking badass and my body is telling Covid to f*ck off. I'll test again, two different ones, at the end of the week. I've been taking Walgreens rapid tests so I want a second one. I went DEEP in my nose this time to get a good swab.

Dana is having a good day. Two days ago was the worst. Fatigue and killer headache. She can't smell anything today but she feels somewhat normal.

The plot continues.

It's weird. I'm having some light chest pain today and an occasional sharp pain when I breathe in deep. I think it might be stress/anxiety related. I just took an Ativan to see if that helps. I've had this since yesterday. The test today would have came back positive so I'm not sure what is going on. My body is a mystery right now.

I hope you and your girlfriend are still ok, Exo. My advice would be; try not to worry. For the majority of people covid-19 isn't serious.

Different news cycles have different set phrases, don't they? Remember the good old days of "flatten the curve" ? That's not really appropriate any more, but as a service to MB members, I thought I'd put up a definition that may see you through the next covid news cycle:-

Triage: the sorting of and allocation of treatment to patients and especially battle and disaster victims according to a system of priorities designed to maximize the number of survivors.

Though it's not in the definition, I always thought it meant dividing patients into three groups:
1, whatever we do, he'll probably die.
2, he'll probably live.
3, our treatment will determine if he lives or dies.

In the dire circumstances and limited facilities of battlefield hospital tents, group 3 got attention first; Triage can be as ugly as f***. Let's not loose sight of that if politicians start throwing the word around like they've started doing with "herd immunity" - as if it doesn't stand for a terrible situation that most people would ordinarily recoil from.

Dana and I tested negative again today. This is her 2nd negative test and my 5th. She has successfully beat this sh*t and I somehow have avoided it. Looking forward to getting back to work.
