Trump’s **** up with his handling of the coronavirus has basically created a massive reservoir for the virus to ensure that it is pretty much endemic. Any country that hasn’t had mass infection is left with the choice of permanently restricting travel to the US (at least until a vaccine is produced) or opening up travel and allowing the virus to run rampant
