At the bookstore after closing I would just stare at the people banging on the doors while I vacuumed. Or walk up like I was going to let them in and then close the blinds in their face. Nothing goes better with customer service than pettiness.

At Barnes and Noble I used to find people still reading in a back section 20 minutes after we locked the doors and three announcements were made saying we were closed because "they didn't finish their chapter yet". I had a manager that told one of them "well you can finish it at home when you buy the book in two minutes" knowing full well they were not going to buy it because they're just leeches and when he said he wasn't going to buy it she responds with "Oh, then I guess you can go to the library from now on because this is a retail business". She was the best.

We about to hit 200k cases tomorrow. Talked to my therapist over webcam, said his friend couldn't even get tested, but most likely has it.

I finally am sure I don't have it from traveling abroad, and going through Chicago. I most likely would have been fine, but not the people around me. My friend in Japan just messaged me today and told me they're doing a voluntary lockdown that will most likely become mandatory, but all things considered they've done a pretty good job keeping the numbers down based on how much was open over there.
