I was having chest tightness this week that turned out to be from back problems caused by exercising less/sitting too much. Maybe try out some back stretches?

I was thinking it might be from just sitting on the couch too ****ing much so I think this is smart. Plus, stretching out has to be a winner no matter how you slice it.

I haven't had any other symptoms besides a few allergy related sniffles in the morning that go away as soon as I get up and active. The chest thing mostly happens at night when I am alone with my thoughts but today it has been pretty much all day.
