It was federal. They took it out of my tax return. Obama did it by executive order. Worse than anything Trump ever did to me personally.

Yes. Before they did it federally a Republican was doing it locally and I swear it was Mitt Romney.

Yeah, looking it up it was Romney. They even called it Romneycare. It was in Massachusetts back in 2006 and was basically a precursor to Obamacare.

It was implemented as a "bipartisan" appeal to the positive reception surrounding Romney's use of the individual mandate as a governor. So ja, **** Obama.
