At least Trump is now demonstrating the medically-recommended method to avoid contamination: frequent washing of the hands:-

"I don't accept any responsibility at all"
"The Federal government is not a shipping clerk."
"State governers should arrange their own supplies."
"Give advice to scared Americans? That's a nasty, sensational question."
