Schools in town are starting to close. One district is preparing to close for the next month. No word yet from my wife’s district but I’m expecting her to get some lengthy time off as well

It hasn't been confirmed yet but we're expecting the the government to announce that the rest of the football will be played in stadiums with no supporters in them, Italy already did this before they just abandoned the league. They will also be banning pubs from showing football to stop people gathering in them.

A Juventus defender tested positive so everyone he played with or against will have to self isolate. Its a big mess.

Boris's words worried me.

Was along the lines of:

"I must level with you and the British public, many, more families are going to lose a loved one before their time."

Everything he was saying just sounded half arsed, feels like they know its worse than they're saying.

Food for thought. I'll remain skeptically cautious. I can work from home if need be, so that's really my only worry, missing days of work since I'm contract. I have to make sure and stay away from some close friends who are a bit on the elderly side.

I think this should be the main focus for most of America. You will most likely be fine but who cares about you? Right now we need to care about them who are the elderly, infants, and those who are sick and and be compromised. That's the right way to think, Plank
