260 people in the UK died in the past 24 hours after testing positive for COVID-19.
It looks like we are on that curve upwards now and the big numbers are coming. A slight correction re my mortuary post yesterday, the mortuary being built at Birmingham Airport will have a 12,000 capacity upon expansion. |

My chest STILL hurts. Not bad. Just like an annoying tightness. Today has been the worst for some reason. I haven't really been looking at the news or anything which has been causing my chest to hurt but today is starting to worry me a little bit. I've been eating so much healthier the past few months and while I'm not exercising much at all, I don't see how this could be anything other than stress. That, or I have Covid and have no other symptoms other than chest aches, which is not out of the realm of possibilities.
Am I having a f*cking heart attack guys? |

That NY Times article saying it’s also attacking the heart really bothered me. Stress is terrible for your immune system, too. What can you do?

I was having chest tightness this week that turned out to be from back problems caused by exercising less/sitting too much. Maybe try out some back stretches?

I was thinking it might be from just sitting on the couch too ****ing much so I think this is smart. Plus, stretching out has to be a winner no matter how you slice it.

I haven't had any other symptoms besides a few allergy related sniffles in the morning that go away as soon as I get up and active. The chest thing mostly happens at night when I am alone with my thoughts but today it has been pretty much all day.
