Got our first one star review from a dumb bitch and her husband who couldn't keep their f*cking masks on. Here's the google review and my reply...

"The young guy was way rude, he clearly doesn’t know how to deal with people."

....

"Your husband was asked four separate times to please wear his mask over his nose. There are currently 3700 people dying a day of Covid-19. We have a zero tolerance policy with the incorrect wearing of protective masks for the safety of our staff and customers. His excuse of it fogging up his glasses wasn’t enough for me to sternly ask him to adhere to the mask policy for the FOURTH time in ten minutes.

You were mistaking rudeness with exasperation. Wearing a mask correctly is easy. Perhaps 3700 people a day would be alive if people like you and your husband cared a bit more."
