FYI, we're off to another lockdown. This one's for a month, "at least". Before that, I can just imagine the arseholes out celebrating tonight. Imagine what our numbers are going to look like in a month's time, and then everyone will be whining "you said only a month!" when the govt extends the lockdown. Jesus. Why can't people learn? Is it stupidity, stubbornness, ignorance or just bloody-mindedness? Or all four?

congestion: boil hot water, fill basin, add a teaspoon of eucalyptus oil. Place towel over your head and lower head over basin/pot. Inhale deeply for at least five minutes. It will be highly irritating at first (coughing fit expected) but will ease congestion. Twice daily until tightness/congestion ceases.

Of course, take VITAMIN D3 and ZINC supplements DAILY, especially if you're feeling symptoms similar to what is identified as Covid-19 related.

But, of course, talk to your doctor before doing any of this if you feel hesitant or unsure about the medicinal value of any of it. (Some of it you should probably be doing, anyway.)

But I have to say they've worked wonders for me. Gotta know your own body.
