If you hung that sign in the Chinese places people would just interpret it as a statement on the contents of the meat.

Yesterday my throat started hurting and now it's two AM and I'm awake and my throat hurts like hell. Hope I don't have it. There was a case in the town next to where I live so it wouldn't be too outlandish to think that I have it but of course it could be a normal cold or flu.
It's especially annoying since I'm on a business trip in Bavaria since yesterday, interacting with lots of people.
Staying in a hotel right now. We weren't able to finish our work yesterday so I wanted to continue today but it looks like I'll try to go to a doctor in this town. Hope I won't be too sick to drive home, it's a three hour drive. Damn, I was looking forward to a chill weekend.

The NYTimes is saying it’s 20 times more deadly as the flu, a vaccine is at least a year off, availability of the vaccine when (or even if) it becomes available will be another major obstacle, and some doctors are predicting you’re as likely to get it as you are a cold.

The Dow just dropped 1190 points (haha) and Asians have been targeted for hate crimes.

This is only going to make Trump's rejection of the 2020 election results that much scarier. Imagine Trump fascism during a massive outbreak of a deadly disease. We kind of deserve it.
