You are being paranoid but without enough evidence to come to any particular conclusion it might be as valid a prediction as any.

The Epoch Times says the virus doesn't come from animals but I have to buy a subscription to know where it really comes from. Probably the communist party of China.

Don't know bout phones but Adblock has always been free for computers and that icon isn't for the program I've always used.
