I quit my mortgage marketing job in July, started a fashion ecommerce business, and have been doing some marketing consulting since then. I started playing the cello, dropped a new Jesus the Carpenter album, Another Fucking Guitar Player, the legendary Mondo Bungle and I have dropped the fourth Noosefiller album, and I have a new electronic project called Totem I that will have something coming out soon. Coin Coin Chapter Four: Memphis by Matana Roberts, 1000 Gecs by 100 Gecs, and We Are on the Edge by Art Ensemble of Chicago are my albums of the year. Been to a lot of good shows this year, namely King Crimson, Low, Sun Ra's Arkaestra, and the Big Ears Festival. I got a new phone yesterday and had some toast for breakfast. That's all I have to say about that.

I wish Scaring the Hoes had a lot more Danny. Peggy really needs to diversify his style/subject matter, his rapping is getting homogeneous (still slays it on the production though). The new Gecs was aight, I'm mostly just waiting for them to reach their logical conclusion and collab with Fred Durst at this point.
