i suppose id go back to the quad city little league tournament before state tournament. i was pitching in that game and my uncle was there. it was the last time i saw him and he was helping me with my pitching as i warmed up :/ my grandpa was there also. it was in moline, and i hit the game winning double too. just realized how nice of a memory that is

So many...

Laying in bed after just waking up from a nap when I was maybe 3-4 or so, with the window open on a beautiful summer day as the birds were chirping outside and a slight breeze coming through the curtains as (what I now know was) a prop plane slowly glided by overhead. I just had this feeling of adolescent curiosity of the world around me and a love of being alive as someone new to this world. I also had a feeling of being very small, yet extremely large at the same time. It was, and still is, really hard to explain but that feeling has stayed with me.
