Fad diets tend to lose you weight but aren't really healthy in the longrun.

That being said, Bats never struck me as a dietary expert.

No I dont eat that but froot loops used to turn it a certain colour years ago when I used to eat them..... (Before they started tasting like crap)

Rarely, but yes I eat them. And no, it doesn't turn my poop green. HOWEVER, food that's past the expiration date will usually turn your poop green due to the breaking down of the preservatives in the food. It also has something to do with the dye used and how it digests without the preservative.
