The thing is, you're not paying them to not have children. You're paying them if they give up the right to ever have a child, if they so choose. You are taking away their right to live normal human lives.

I am not saying that overpopulation is not a problem... but the solution is not genocide. The solution is taking away the rights of a handful of companies and nations from running the earth's resources into the dirt, and creating more efficient systems.

Also to go into space, but maybe that's a pipe dream.
